B612 Residential Complex

Midway through construction, I was tasked with reorganizing deficient documentation to ensure the project’s completion in accordance with its original design, directing a team of two junior architects while contributing to the remaining deliverables. The 65,000 sq ft multi-family residential complex features front-to-back luxury units, distinguished by its continuous curved roof and white steel façade. Leveraging the sloping terrain, most residences incorporate independent entrances with patios or balconies, stacked two-story layouts that enable double heights and cross ventilation, and unobstructed views of Nahuel Huapi Lake.
