Concordia Residential Complex

In collaboration with fellow architects, I contributed to the design of a 22,000 sq ft multi-family residential complex comprising 18 units, with ground-floor parking and a commercial area. The project incorporates a rooftop garden and pool, while its defining feature is a façade composed of modular green iron panels, establishing a contemporary aesthetic characterized by rhythm, sharp lines, and material clarity.
