Navarro Residential Complex

As part of a collaborative design team, I contributed to the development of a 43,000 sq ft multi-family residential complex comprising 17 units with underground parking. The scheme integrates shared amenities, including a rooftop pool and a ground-floor multi-purpose space, while emphasizing spatial quality through a central courtyard that enhances cross-ventilation and organizes primary circulation. The architectural expression is contemporary, articulated in concrete, wood, and steel, with clean lines and volumetric clarity.
