Puerto Pampa Residential Complex

I contributed to the 323,000 sq ft adaptive reuse of a former meat-packing plant, transformed into a multi-phase residential complex with a commercial ground floor, rooftop amenities, and a multi-story parking garage. My role focused on phases 2 and 3, where I corrected preliminary documentation to comply with local codes and produced complete construction drawings across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. This included coordinating with civil engineers to adjust mezzanine designs to the existing concrete structure, studying alternative structural solutions for a new rooftop level with amenities such as a pool, playground, barbecue areas, and a two-story coworking and residential wing. The work required ongoing site surveys and continuous documentation updates to address construction contingencies and ensure alignment across all disciplines.
