Segovia Residential Complex

I developed the preliminary design for an 11,000 sq ft residential complex composed of four single-family homes, arranged in a checker pattern alternating between two-story and one-story typologies. This configuration ensures privacy while preserving uninterrupted views from the upper levels. Commissioned by four siblings to subdivide their family lot, the design emphasizes natural daylight and indoor–outdoor interaction through a diagonal site layout. Type 1 residences incorporate balconies and terraces, while Type 2 homes feature rooftop gardens, collectively enhancing openness and connection to the surrounding landscape.
