Zelwianski House

I was responsible for finalizing the documentation of a 5,400 sq ft multi-story single-family residence, ensuring compliance with local building codes and preparing complete construction drawings. The program is organized with entrance and garage at grade, public areas on the first floor, private bedrooms and baths on the second, and rooftop amenities including a playroom, terrace, and pool. A central patio serves as the spatial core, providing natural light and ventilation across all levels. My work encompassed architectural revisions as well as coordination with civil engineers for the concrete structure, MEP architects for service integration, and landscape and lighting designers to resolve interdisciplinary construction details, while continuously updating documentation to address site contingencies.
